Do I need to show ID to receive my beer?
Yes. An individual 21 or older must be present and show ID in order to receive delivery.
Which states to you ship beer to?
Every state that allows direct-to-consumer beer shipping (approximately 45 states). Currently, we do NOT ship to Ohio, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days, typically from a facility in California. Transit time is usually 1-3 days, depending on how far the package has to travel. Please note, during the holidays or other busy times, packages may take slightly longer to arrive.
How are my orders fulfilled?
We work with a partner called AccelPay to fulfill our web orders. When you place an order, they will send it to the retailer that can ship your order the fastest and for the lowest cost.

How should I store my beers?
All of our beers are shelf stable and will not be affected by a few days of shipping. Once you receive them, however, keep them in the fridge to maximize freshness—especially if you don't plan on consuming them over the next month.
Return and refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if your beer arrives damaged, we can issue a free replacement. Visit our Returns & Refunds Page for more information.
