At every stage of the brewing process, brewers demand more from their hops than ever before.

IFLS is a celebration of the most recent developments in hopping techniques and research, combining the best of brewer’s intuition with the latest hop science to create a hella juicy, medium-bodied IPA bursting with zesty aroma and vibrant citrus and berry flavors.

We then selected Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7, three highly juicy—and just as important—highly transformable hops that provide different flavors depending on when and how they’re used.

From bittering to whirlpool to dry hopping, this beer maximizes the unique potential of the constituent hops to create a unique bouquet of flavors and aromas that evolve in the glass with each sip. Enjoy!
